This Helsinki-based manufacturing company approached us with a vision to create new offices that embrace biophilic design, connecting the building to the natural environment. They wanted the new interior to reflect a people-centric approach, fostering collaboration, enhancing employee wellbeing, and promoting autonomy among staff.
We worked with them to create a ‘Living Lounge’ concept, featuring centralised breakout, coffee and meeting areas connected by a main staircase.
With natural light flooding from the skylight, this design facilitates active, intuitive movement between break areas and meeting points.
Fittings and furniture were carefully chosen to align with the client’s brief, featuring suspended wrap-around benches, thoughtfully designed ceiling lighting, and abundant greenery.
